- The Sesquicentennial Beard Contest, sponsored by Lapham's
Garden Center, is off and running.
We have 13 participants entered. The contest runs from August
16, 2008 until August 16, 2009. If you would still like to get
into the contest, please contact Steve Davidson at (989) 828-6810
for more information. We'd like to thank Brian Wood of Woody's
Barber Shop, 616 N. Mission, Mt. Pleasant, for providing all the
clean shaven faces.
