Transportation Subcommittee
Obtain and review the County Road Commissions short and long term plans as well as any capitol improvement plans. Compare capital improvements to the county master plan for consistency and share findings with both the Planning Commission and the Road Commission Board.

Policies
- Coordinate road improvement efforts of the County Road Commission with the future land use recommendations of the County Master Plan.
- Assign a higher priority to road improvements (paving gravel roads, widening existing roads, and constructing new roads) that will serve areas where development already exists or which will serve areas planned for such development.
