Audit Services Request For Proposals

Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured Certified Public Accountants for the provision of specific audit services. The County intends to enter into a three-year contract, with the possibility of a two-year extension, with the chosen firm in order to obtain an opinion on the fair presentation of the County's presentation of its basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. A separate Single Audit engagement more than likely will be needed in each of the five years under consideration.

To be considered four copies of a proposal must be received by Margaret McAvoy, Administrator/Controller at the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals will be evaluated by the Administrator/Controller with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
