Q: My computer seems to be running slow. What do I do?
A: Re-boot your computer system. Do a complete shut down. Doing a complete shut down helps to clear the memory of any running programs. Once the system is shut down wait 10 - 15 seconds before turning power back on. If your system is still running slow, there may be other problems - please contact the Information Systems Department at ext. #243.

Q: I am having trouble with my phone, who do I call?
A: For phone issues, please contact Michelle at ext. #243.

Q: I cannot access my e-mail, who do I contact?
A: Contact Michelle in the Information Systems Department at ext. #243.

Q: Symantec Antivirus has notified me that it has quarantined a virus. What do I do now?
A: Contact the Information Systems Department at ext. #304. It is helpful if you also let us know the name of the quarantined virus.

Q: My printer is not printing correctly. Who do I contact?
A: Contact the Information Systems Department at ext. #243 or #304.
