Non-mandated Services Ad hoc committee Appointments
Announcement
In an effort to assess funding viability and alternatives for
important but non funded activities of county government, the Isabella
County Board of Commissioners has established three ad hoc committees to
evaluate:

Settlement Agreement - Saginaw Chippewa
Indian Tribe and Isabella County
At a special meeting held on November 9, 2010 the Isabella County
Board of Commissioners passed Resolution 2010-22 approving a settlement agreement between the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe and
Isabella County. Terms of the Agreement are specified in the Order for Judgment and accompanying agreements addressing zoning and
land use, revenue, and law enforcement.
