Animal Control Office
Animal Control is located in the Sheriff’s Office at 207 N. Court Street, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858. Please call (989) 773-9721. Animal Control takes calls Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm. Contact Animal Control for dog licenses (which can also be purchased at the Treasurer’s Office), to report animal cruelty, or to report animals at large.
To report a dog at large or a wildlife issue please call Central Dispatch at (989) 773-1000.
In case of a lost pet, contact HATS first and then the Animal Control Office.
FINGERPRINTS
Fingerprints are done by appointment only. Please call 989-772-5911 to set up an appointment.
