This group will focus on healthy weight loss and maintenance, healthy eating, understanding food labels and macro nutrients. It will also educate on the role that stress, sleep, and exercise play for overall health. Participants will have the option to weigh in each week.
Group meets weekly on Fridays from 1-2pm.
There is no charge to join!
