(Accounts Payable Clerk)

 

General Summary:

Under the supervision of the County Administrator/Controller, the Account Technician processes and maintains the records for Accounts Payable.  Monitors payment records and vendor information.  Manages the annual 1099 recordkeeping and noticing processes.  Maintains financial records including ledgers. Performs customer service for the general public, businesses, and employees of Isabella County.  Performs a variety of record keeping duties, deposits, invoicing, preparing journal entries, scheduling and reserving out facility space, and updating calendars.

Employment Status:  Full-time

Starting Salary:  $17.33 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
