In accordance with Governor Whitmer’s extension of the State of Emergency and by Supreme Court Order, the Isabella County Trial Court is closed except for emergency matters through June 12, 2020.
Beginning the week of May 18, 2020, many hearings will be held via Zoom. You may be contacted and asked to participate in your court hearing virtually. Other hearings will be rescheduled and new notices will be mailed.
Attorneys and pro-per defendants who have criminal settlement conferences, criminal trial conferences or criminal final pre-trials scheduled prior to May 18, 2020 should call the Prosecuting Attorneys office to discuss the case. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO CRIMINAL CASES!
For questions regarding parenting time and custody, please review the COVID-19 FOC Resources issued by the Friend of the Court Bureau. If you have an emergency matter or filing as outlined in the Supreme Court Order, please call or text the Court Administrator at 989.621.0090. All other filings can be mailed and will be batched by the date they are received. Once the court reopens, they will be processed accordingly.
