Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of carpet replacement at the Michigan State Police Post. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for carpet replacement. The County desires the removal of all existing carpet and installation of new carpet.

To be considered, five (5) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by noon on September 20, 2023. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at nfrost@isabellacounty.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
