DUE TO THE CLOSURE OF ISABELLA COUNTY OFFICE TO THE PUBLIC THE ISABELLA COUNTY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR FY2019 COST ALLOCATION PLAN SERVICES HAS BEEN RECALLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of FY2019 Cost Allocation Plan services. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for preparation of the County’s FY2019 Cost Allocation Plan, and for the optional fiscal years of FY2020 and FY2021. The County desires careful preparation and timely delivery of its annual central services indirect costs Cost Allocation Plan that accurately accounts for the allocation of actual expenditures of central services across benefitting funds and departments, and ensures that the County has a sound basis for applying indirect costs.
To be considered, five (5) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Deputy Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at firstname.lastname@example.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
