Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of General Contractor Services for the County Administration Building HVAC and Roof Replacement Project. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for General Contractor Services for the HVAC and Roof Replacement Project. The County desires a professional firm to represent its interests in the various phases of initiation, design, construction and close-out of the County Administration Building HVAC and Roof Replacement Project.

To be considered, five (5) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 North Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by 2:00 p.m. on February 28, 2022. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at nfrost@isabellacounty.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
