Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of the Isabella County Commission on Aging (COA) Pavilion and Recreation Project. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for the design and construction of the COA Pavilion and Recreation Project. The County desires the creation of an outdoor recreation area at the COA, including a pavilion, pickleball court, and shuffleboard court.

To be considered, five (5) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by
12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2023. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at nfrost@isabellacounty.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
