Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of an Isabella County Digital PBX Solution for the Isabella County Sheriff’s Office, Central Dispatch 9-1-1, County Administration Building and the Isabella County Trial Court. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for a Digital PBX Solution or Solutions that will ensure successful telecommunications across critical County offices. The County desires a new phone system using either an on-premise digital PBX system, hosted VoIP system or hybrid solution.
To be considered, five (5) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by 12:00 p.m. on June 17, 2022. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Administrator/Controller, Nicole F. Frost at email@example.com. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
