Isabella County issues this Request for Bids (the “RFB”) to solicit bids from qualified professional firms
for the provision of the 7,500 Gallon Hydropneumatic tank exterior, piping and wet interior repaint. The
County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for the repainting of the 7,500 Gallon
Hydropneumatic tank exterior, piping and wet interior surfaces. The County desires to proactively
maintain the water systems delivery assets and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.
To be considered, three (3) copies of a bid must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at
the Isabella County Building, Room 205, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by 2:00 P.M. on
February 11, 2020. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Deputy Administrator/Controller, Nicole
F. Frost at email@example.com and to the Isabella County Drain Commissioner, Robert
Willoughby at firstname.lastname@example.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all
bids submitted. Bids submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County
Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
