Earth Day 2015 Event at Isabella County Material Recovery Facility

earthdayThe Isabella County Materials Recovery Facility would like to invite everyone to join in on our Earth Day 2015 celebration.

On Saturday, April 25th, the Isabella County Materials Recovery Facility, located at 4208 E. River Rd., will be celebrating Earth Day by waiving ALL FEES for all approved recyclable materials including yard waste, brush, oil, oil filters, antifreeze, tires, electronics, Styrofoam, cardboard, paper products, and accepted glass and plastics.

Isabella County Seat Historic Sign

Isabella County is located in the heart of Central Lower Michigan.

On February 11, 1859 the state legislature organized Isabella County and a commission was appointed by the governor to establish the county seat at Isabella Centre. In 1860 voters approved the transfer of the county seat to Mount Pleasant.  ...more
