Cross Country Skiing Workshop
We
are offering a cross country skiing workshop at Deerfield Nature Park,
Saturday, February 4, 2012. The workshop will take place at 11a.m. with
instructor Pete Little guiding you with everything from putting on your
skis to voyaging down the trails.
Whether you have experience or this is your first time trying skiing, come enjoy the groomed trails and the peacefulness of nature during winter.
Pre-registration is required. An Annual Vehicle Permit or the purchase of a $6.00 Daily Entrance Permit is required for entrance to the park.

Isabella County Board of Commissioner Public Notices
Amended 9-1-1 Service Plan
The Isabella County Board of Commissioners proposes to amend the
existing 9-1-1 Service Plan in accordance with the Emergency Telephone
Service Enabling Act, 1986 PA 32 as amended, (the Act). A Public Hearing
will be held at 7:05 p.m. on February 7, 2012 at the Isabella County
Building, 200 N. Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Michigan in room #225.
The amended Plan affects the service district of Isabella County. Be advised if the Board of Commissioners of the county, after a hearing, adopts the final 9-1-1 Service plan under this act, the state 9-1-1 charge and if a county 9-1-1 charge has been approved, a county 9-1-1 charge shall be collected on a uniform basis from all the service users within the 9-1-1 service district.
Copies of the amended 9-1-1 Service Plan can be found on the Isabella County Website at www.isabellacounty.org or are available for public inspection during business hours in the County Administration office in the Isabella County Building, 200 N. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.
Off Road Vehicle Ordinance
Isabella County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing for
the Off Road Vehicle Ordinance on February 21, 2012 at 7:05 pm.
The Public Hearing will take place in Room 225 of the Isabella County Building located at 200 N. Main St., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858
