The Register of Deeds Office accepts walk-ins for passport applications daily from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  


Applications are being accepted for appointment to the Isabella County Road Commission

The Isabella County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for appointment to the Isabella County Road Commission:  Appointment will be for the balance of an unexpired term ending December 31, 2016 unless there is a November 2015 general election.

Applications will be accepted until January 29, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.

On February 11, 1859 the state legislature organized Isabella County and a commission was appointed by the governor to establish the county seat at Isabella Centre. In 1860 voters approved the transfer of the county seat to Mount Pleasant.  ...more
