Isabella County Millage Rate FetchGIS Tool

Isabella County has launched a new tool within FetchGIS to determine the estimated change in annual taxes due to an increase in the millage rate.  Please see the below instructions for searching for a parcel and using the tool to calculate a millage rate.

1. Search and highlight a parcel:

  • Click the Search (magnifying glass) icon at the top right.
  • Enter the one of the search criteria and click the Search button.
  • In the search results window, identify and click on the correct parcel (multiple parcels may be listed).

2. Locate the millage calculator:

  • Click the Map Tools (wrench) icon at the top right.
  • Select the Miscellaneous Tools option at the bottom of the black window.
  • Enter a proposed millage rate.
  • Autofill the taxable value by clicking the green refresh arrows within the green box.
