Isabella County Emergency Management Coordinator
General Summary:
Under the direction of the Central Dispatch and Emergency Management Director, assists in the development of various emergency management and special event plans and agreements, exercises, volunteer coordination, and other emergency management-related training.
Employee Status: Full-time – 40-hour work week plus an excellent fringe benefit package.

Wage
Pay Grade Non-Union 7, starting wage: $23.65hr / $49,192 annual, negotiable pending experience.
Minimum Entrance Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in public safety, Emergency Management, or a related field.
At least one (1) year of ICS and Law Enforcement or Fire/EMS or Emergency Management experience.
Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Licenses or Certifications
Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
