The Isabella County Trial Court will remain closed to in-person transactions until further notice.
Beginning June 15, 2020, the court will be fully staffed between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to answer phones calls and process filings. All filings can be mailed and will be processed in the order they are received. If you have an emergency filing, please call the court at 989.772.0911 x 490. If you cannot reach court staff, call the Court Administrator at 989.621.0090.
Court hearings will be conducted via Zoom to the extent possible. You may be contacted and asked to participate in your court hearing virtually. If you have a scheduled hearing within the next 7 days, and have not been contacted , please call us at 989.772.0911 ext. 490. Hearings that cannot be conducted virtually will be rescheduled and new notices will be mailed.
