Entry Administrative Assistant
General Summary:
The Entry-Level Administrative Assistant assists In-Home Program by calling clients to schedule in-home appointments and prepares computerized work schedules for the In-Home Aides. Assists all Commission on Aging programs with office-related tasks. Supports the daily operations of the office by performing clerical duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files. The Administrative Assistant works closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Employee Status: Part-Time, Non-Union
Starting Salary: Non-Exempt: $15.94 per hour
