HATS
The Humane Animal Treatment Society (HATS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization, located in Isabella County, that is independently and locally operated. HATS helps over 1,000 animals every year, providing food, vaccinations, veterinary care, and a clean, safe environment while they await placement in their forever homes. In addition, the HATS Health Clinic provides low-cost spay and neuter services for dogs and cats at greatly reduced fees for those that have limited financial resources.
