NOTICE OF TESTING OF THE SYSTEM
FOR AN ELECTRONICALLY CONDUCTED MEETING OF THE
ISABELLA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice is hereby given that the Isabella County Board of Commissioners will be conducting a test of the system to be used for electronically conducted meetings. The test of the system will take place on April 21, 2020 electronically at 5:00 p.m.
Following the recommendations of state and county health officials and the Center for Disease Control & Prevention in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, and in keeping with the Governor’s Stay At Home Order, the Isabella County Commission is preparing to provide for an electronic meeting platform.
A quorum of the Isabella County Board of Commissioners may be present during this test of the system, but no business will be conducted. This exercise is only a test of the system and no meeting agenda or packet materials exist for this purpose.
Activities of participating Commissioners during this test will be limited to confirming that the system is active and ready for use during its Regular Meeting scheduled for April 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. A separate meeting notice has been posted with instructions for attending and providing public comment during the electronically conducted April 21, 2020 Isabella County Board of Commissioners Regular Meeting.
The Public will be able to access the test exercise live on the County’s YouTube Channel or by telephone.

To access the test exercise by telephone: Please call (253) 215-8782. When prompted for the “Meeting ID” enter “97772376922” and the “#” sign. If prompted for a “Password” or “Participant ID” enter “#” sign. You will join the test exercise with your audio muted and you will be able to hear the test exercise participants live.
