Time: Mondays 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at COA

Reasons to join: Exercise has proven to slow down the progression of Parkinson’s and improve quality of life. It’s a Fun, supportive environment, promoting empowerment. It’s for people with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and anyone that wants to improve their daily function and activities.
