Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of Design Bid Build, Professional Design Services for the renovation of the County Administration Building located at 200 N. Main Street Mt. Pleasant MI. The County intends to enter into an agreement with the chosen firm for Design Bid Build Professional Design Services. The County desires a professional and thoughtful Design Bid Build Professional Design Services firm that will provide a thorough analysis and design of the rebuilding project.
To be considered, three (3) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the temporary offices of the Isabella County Building, at 510. W. Pickard Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by 2:00 p.m. on December, 22, 2025. In addition, a PDF copy is to be emailed to Administrator/Controller, Brian A. Smith at bsmith@isabellacounty.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
