***NOTICE of the RIGHT to CLAIM FORECLOSURE AUCTION PROCEEDS from a TAX SALE***

       Beginning with 2021 foreclosure sales and transfers, a person that intends to make a claim for excess sale proceeds must complete form #5743 and return it notarized to the County Treasurer by JULY 1 in the year of Foreclosure in order to qualify for the proceeds.
