Many drain easements in Isabella County were granted in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. The Drain Office has recently started recording these historical drain easements with the Isabella County Register of Deeds Office to help more people become aware that the easements exist. Isabella County Parks was awarded $5,000 in Destination Development funds from the Mt. Pleasant Area Convention and Visitors Bureau on October 19, 2023.
