This Register of Deeds database offers some additional information prior to 1940, has a grid search for land corners, allows for full document search (not just indexed fields), and allows you to order electronic certified documents.
This cloud based search allows you to search a legal description but offers too broad a search to run tract. Please remember to read the directions and establish an account before you start your search.
The fees incurred for this search are $1.00 per page for each document printed. An electronic certified document may be ordered for an additional $5.00 fee. Documents that have been redacted are not eligible for electronic certification. Redacted documents include death certificates, some tax liens, court certified documents, older mortgages, and others.
