The Isabella County Material Recovery Facility is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide recycling collection and transportation services for the County’s public recycling program.
Two (2) copies of the proposal should be provided in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposals for Recycling Collection & Transportation Services – Isabella County” and will be accepted at: Isabella County Administration Office 510 W. Pickard St. Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858
In addition, one (1) PDF copy of the proposal must be emailed to the Administrator/Controller, Brian A. Smith at bsmith@isabellacounty.org.
Proposals will be accepted through 12:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026. Submitted proposals will not be opened until after the deadline.
