Isabella County issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified professional firms for the provision of roof replacement. The County desires to have the roof replaced at the Complex by no later than April 1, 2027.
To be considered, two (2) copies of a proposal must be received by the Administrator/Controller’s Office at the Isabella County Building, 510 W. Pickard Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 by 12:00 p.m. on December 2, 2026. In addition, one (1) PDF copy is to be emailed to Administrator/Controller, Brian A. Smith. at bsmith@isabellacounty.org. Isabella County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted. Proposals submitted will be evaluated by County personnel as determined by the County Administrator/Controller, with final approval by the Board of Commissioners.
