Summary Project Description: Renovation of an existing building shell with 47,000 square feet of interior space across three levels. The scope includes replacement of all exterior glazing (including an area of new curtain wall), a new roof, new interior framing and finishes, and new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, along with limited structural, site, and utility work. Asbestos is known to be present on both the interior and exterior. The owner will perform abatement of all known and discovered hazardous materials.
