The State Court Administrative Office has granted the Isabella County Trial Court an extension of time to implement amendments of MCR 4.201 from November 6, 2023 to December 6, 2023. At that time, the Isabella County Trial Court will move forward with implementing the amendments provided in MCR 4.201 as ordered by the Michigan Supreme Court on September 7, 2023.

Court proceedings may be conducted in-person, by Zoom or a hybrid of both. Please check your Notice of Hearing for more information. The public and media may view public hearings in-person at the courthouse.
